Bibles for Kenya Program
Boosted by Anonymous Donor
We are so excited to share with you that an anonymous donor offered as much as $250 in matching funds for  every donation that came in toward Bibles for Kenya, through November 15, 2007. Through your generosity, nearly $800 was donated, including the matching funds, for this project. What a blessing it was to make arrangements for the distribution of these Bibles to those being trained to evangelize in their own villages. Thank you to all who contributed!
This was an incredible opportunity to stretch your donation dollars, make a bigger impact with your giving, and provide even more people with Bibles--People who are desperate to develop a deep relationship with the Lord through the reading of His Word.
Bibles are translated into Swahili and are made available to us for less than $10.00 each. We have worked closely with the folks at the Bible Society in Kenya, who provided wonderful assistance during the process of purchasing the Swahili Bibles.
These Bibles have made incredible lasting gifts that will enrich the lives of those who received them. Thank you again for your prayerful contribution to this exciting project!

Help Us Supply Bibles to Remote Tribal Areas
The Word of God is the foundation of every Christian's life whether they live in America or in the remote villages in Kenya. Without God's Word, there is no opportunity for growth, no way to learn to hear the voice of God, and no hope for a transformed life ... the Word of God is essential to all.
While we were in Kenya, we were teaching how to live a life of integrity, being holy and set apart unto God. Suddenly a woman spoke out, "How can we know the Word of God when we don't have Bibles?" A silence fell in the meeting and the Spirit of God spoke ... "How can they hear without the Word? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. But spiritual growth comes from personally seeking Me in the Word."
The Word of God is the tangible evidence of Who God is. The Word of God is the visible representation of the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Word of God is the most important possession anyone could own. The Word of God is priceless, that is, except for what it costs to purchase it.
We are passionate about providing the Word of God to people in every nation, including Kenya. The Swahili Bibles cost just under $10 USD each (not including shipping). By providing Swahili Bibles purchased from the Bible Society in Kenya, the people are more likely to be able to read them with comprehension as the Spirit of God illuminates His Word and speaks to their hearts.
This would be a perfect project for a Sunday School class or a Bible Study group, or even an entire church. Perhaps it would be a good way to teach your children how to give or make an offering from their allowance. No gift is too small ... every cent that comes in designated for Kenya Bibles will go directly to this project. And, of course, all donations are tax deductible--you will receive a receipt by return mail along with a year end tax statement.
